3, 2, 1 - Happy New Year

Happy new year everyone! I hope the holiday season was enjoyable for you. I want to send out a heartfelt thank you to each and every one of you for supporting my journey and walking this path with me.

Today being the first day of the new year, it is your chance to set the intention for all you wish to call in. January 1 is also a portal day meaning that the energy is amplified- Use this energy! According to Shamanic practices, we all incarnate into this life time with two books of life. One is written with the stories of your ancestor's and one is completely blank. The pre-written one will contain things such as illness we are predispositioned to, the path of life you will walk due to ancestral karma etc. The blank book is so that you CAN change your story.

I invite you to change your narrative today.

This is a very easy process and it doesn't take much time (there is never enough time in a day, I know!) but there comes a point in life where you have to MAKE time for your wellbeing.

Light a white candle (size doesn't matter, even a birthday candle will work)

Sit down and get comfy

Close your eyes and thank your ancestors for all the generational gifts, blessings and strengths they have given you

Take out a pen and paper and write your new story

This story will be written like a fairy tale so start it with once upon a time! then get creative add in dragons, treasure chest, princes and princess's! for Example:

Once upon a time, there lived a princess named (YOUR NAME) she wondered the valleys of the kingdom in search of her treasures...........

you get the point-Just write out what you want this new chapter to look like.

Allow the candle to burn down and thank your guides, ancestors, higher powers etc for being with you and helping your new chapter come to fruition. You can either burn this paper after as a way to release your intention to the universe or keep it somewhere where you can read it often.

Keep an eye out for the new services and programs I will be offering this coming year as this chapter in my personal book is something I have been dreaming of since I was a little one.

A dream is a wish that the heart makes, and 2023 is they year they will come true!
