Good vibrations! its a sweet sensation

Personal vibration…. What is this? Well vibration is the state of being, the energetic quality of a person. The time has come for us to raise our personal vibration. As each individual's vibration raises, so does the collective. A person who is in a high vibrational energy will naturally draw others to them, why is this? Well because, who doest like that good feeling?


“As you think, you vibrate. As you vibrate, you attract” - Abraham-Hicks


It comes down to the law of attraction, what you put out to the world, is returned back to you. You are responsible for your life, this being said at any time you can manifest changes. Taking a quick peek at your life will give you a good idea of your vibration. If everything is going great, you're a manifesting fool chances are that your vibration is pretty high. On the other hand if things are not so great, your relationships are suffering and you generally wake up and feel dread, your vibration probably isn't so high.


Great news! YOU can change this! So how can we help raise your vibration? Keep reading, I promise it's pretty easy.

  • GRATITUDE- this is one of the fastest ways to get that vibe high. Try it! Stop reading, look around at the room you're sitting in, what is one thing you're grateful for? Is it a cozy chair? A warm blanket? Your pet sleeping at your feet? When you find yourself feeling low, try this! Because to quote Tony Robbins” you cant feel fear or anger while feeling gratitude at the same time”. Make this a habit, it will transform your life.

  • LOVE- Think about something or someone that you love. Bring the right into the front of your mind, allow yourself to really feel those feelings. Love is one of the highest vibrations a person can feel, it literally has the power to uplift you.

  • FORGIVENESS- Blame is a very low vibration as you work on forgiveness, you release this lower vibration. Forgiveness is difficult because we like to hold on, but, when we forgive we do it for us. Forgiveness sets US free not anyone else. When we don't forgive, we only hurt ourselves.

  • RELATIONSHIPS- yikes, time to get real! Think about the people you surround yourself with, be honest! Do they lift you up, rather than drag you down? After being around them, how do you feel? Surround yourself with people who make you feel good about yourself, who believe in you, who are interested in you and of course have a high vibe themselves.

  • MOVE- get up, move your body. Movement allows the lower, stagnant energies to shift. Go for a walk or have a dance party in your living room, either way you're going feel better and feeling better means higher vibration!

  • DO SOMETHING DIFFERENT- step outside your comfort zone! Yes you may feel fear (that's low vibration) but once you push past that the feeling on the other side! Yes, you know that one- JOY, HAPPINESS that's really high vibration and that's the point, push past the fear and step into that higher vibration.

This is only a fraction of what can be done to raise your vibration. High vibration is our natural state of being, so let's get back to that place. Once you get there it becomes your natural state once again.
